Celenian considers companies meeting the following criteria before making investment decisions:
- Strong organic growth in revenue and profits
- Profitable and cash flow positive
- Honest, able and shareholder-friendly management and board of directors
- Strong corporate governance
- Based in the U.S., China or other emerging market countries
- Listed or will be listed on a U.S. stock exchange
Companies that receive investments from Celenian typically have revenues between $20 million and $200 million, and net income of over $5 million.
Celenian usually invests from $200,000 to $2 million per transaction, and can bring in other investors to provide an aggregate capital of up to $5 million per transaction.
