Celenian employs two main investment strategies to generate high returns on capital for our investors.

Celenian's short-term trading activities involve a quantitative market neutral strategy designed to generate steady cash flows in various market conditions. Celenian then invests the resulting trading profits in fundamentally strong companies with long-term, value-oriented goals. A majority of Celenian's long-term investments are in publicly traded companies listed on the U.S. stock exchanges. Celenian also specializes in investing through private negotiations in a public equity or reverse merger structure.

Celenian considers companies that meet the following criteria before making investment decisions:

• Strong competitive advantage with substantial market share in its market
• Strong organic growth in revenue and profits
• Profitable and cash flow positive
• Honest, able and shareholder-friendly management and board of directors
• Based in the U.S., China or other emerging market countries
• Listed or will be listed on a U.S. stock exchange
