Kiri Ahn is a legal research associate of Celenian Capital, LLC and is responsible for performing legal research and investment due-diligence for Celenian Capital's funds. Prior to joining Celenian Capital, Kiri was an attorney with Bae, Kim & Lee, LLC in Seoul, Korea, specializing in M&A, corporate governance and cross-border transactions.

Kiri received Master of Law from University of California, Berkeley and Bachelor of Law from Seoul National University. Kiri is a member of the State Bar of California and the Korean Bar Association.
